Bill “Hippie” Woolf is a retired Air Force colonel and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Space Force Association. He is also the CEO of the Woolf Consulting Group, LLC, providing strategic advisory services in space and multi-domain operations.
Col. Woolf served over 24 years in the Air Force, retiring in 2018. He is a career space and nuclear officer in high-impact operations, staff leadership, and technical program management positions, with peerless depth and breadth of experience in advanced space programs and Joint All-Domain Command and Control. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Weapons School.
George Paige’s first career was in academia as a college instructor at Salem University and University of Vermont. Wanting to inspire on a larger scale, George switched career paths, becoming an award-winning producer with The Doors: Dance on Fire for HBO. This success led to Motown on Showtime featuring films on Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye, and the Temptations.
George then segued to producing network specials including: Abbott & Costello Meet Jerry Seinfeld (NBC), The Brady Bunch Reunion (CBS), 50 Years of Funny Females (ABC), Woody Harrelson’s The Three Stooges’ 75th Anniversary (ABC) and the movies ’Twas the Night with Bryan Cranston (Disney), A Karroll’s Christmas (A&E), and This Gun for Hire (Universal) plus feature films The Three Stooges (Fox) and Space Warriors (Walden).
His additional producing credits include the animated movies The Nutty Professor (TBS) and Brer Rabbit (Universal), as well as Disney’s Mickey’s 60th Birthday, and The New Mickey Mouse Club, launching careers for Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling, Kerri Russell and Christina Aguilera. George is currently developing a live-action feature reboot of The Nutty Professor, a new dramatic TV series, Ophelia, set in the world of International fashion for ABC Signature, and Beastmaster a new film and TV franchise based on the book series by the Grande Dame of Science Fiction, Andre Norton.
Producer
Cynthia Preston is an Actor and Producer, known for her roles in Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, Carrie, Showtime’s Total Recall 2070, and Whale Music, which was the opening film of the Toronto Film Festival and nominated for Best Picture in Canada. She has appeared in 41 films, played the lead in 19, and has been in more than 240 episodes of television. Among her many credits, Cynthia is the voice of Princess Zelda in The Legend of Zelda animated series.
The award-winning short film Mute, based on a story by Stephen King, was produced by Cynthia and Dave Senior. Cynthia also starred in the project. She is writing a feature film and a television series, and has signed on to direct another short film. She and her writing partners at Dame 51 Productions are developing a horror feature.
In 2022, Cynthia co-founded Cyndicate VR Productions. S.T.A.R.S. VR is their flagship project.
Dave Senior Jr. has worked in the film, television, and video game industries for the past fourteen years. As a Directors Guild of Canada Assistant Director, Dave worked on the hit TV series Murdoch Mysteries and Orphan Black. In 2020, with Cynthia Preston, he also produced the award-winning short film, Mute, based on the short story by Stephen King.
While employed at Ubisoft Toronto, Dave worked on the bestselling video games Far Cry 5, Far Cry New Dawn, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, The Division 2, and Watch Dogs: Legion in multiple roles, including 1st Assistant Cinematic Director, Voice Director, Motion Capture Technician, Virtual Camera Operator, and Facial Head-Mounted Camera Technician. Dave is also the producer of the VR tabletop-game simulator, QuestHaven, currently in development.
In 2022, Dave became a co-founder of Cyndicate VR Productions. As Producer and Creative Director, he manages the development of creative assets and the overall VR experience.
Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Windsor and a Diploma in Media Arts from Sheridan College.
Jason Walsh has over 25 years of capital markets experience, including 10 years as a stockbroker, which allowed him to gather invaluable experience and insight into the formation and financing of start-up and early-stage opportunities.
He has served on the board as CEO and Chairman of many startup ventures and has been a capital markets advisor to dozens of companies.
Jason has raised substantial capital for many businesses and has been responsible for the public listing of dozens of companies.

Ms. Stone is the founder of Spyrock Inc. a Corporate Business Development Consulting Firm. Miss Stone has 20 years of experience in Corp. Development, focusing on AR/VR/MR over the last 8 years. She has worked in all aspects of the business life cycle, including from early-stage development to growth and acquisition with successful exits.
Alex has an extensive Investor network including Institutional, Family Offices along with a deep pool of C – Level Management and strategic Board Members. She has work closely with several large Media Platforms, including being a guest speaker at relevant events and conferences in the finance and tech sectors. Alexandria has been passionately involved in film and music since she was a child, this alongside being an early adaptor in the XR space (AR, VR, MR) brings invaluable experience in the exploding business of Virtual reality content creation and IP.
Lead Developer
Chelsea O’Hara is a software developer and digital media content creator from Toronto, Canada. After a stint as a digital media specialist and creative project manager, she pivoted her career towards software development. She has experience programming scientific tools for image mapping and manipulation, and architecting secure, full-stack systems to support big data throughput. Chelsea is passionate about leading technical teams through new territory, and designing software that is accessible, intuitive, and beautiful. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University in Film and Media, and has recently been accepted to Memorial University, where she strives to complete an Engineering degree. When she is not writing software or studying, Chelsea can be found gardening, exploring with her dogs, and learning how to live sustainably with the natural world.
Technical Director
Dustin Boyce is a software and hardware integration specialist with over a decade of experience in tools programming and pipeline development for cinema, games, and virtual production. He helped build the Ubisoft Toronto performance capture studio from the ground up, and was an integral part of the design and construction of the world’s largest virtual production stage at Pixomondo. Dustin has a Media Arts Diploma from Sheridan College, and contributed to the advancement of virtual production education as a researcher and developer at SIRT. In his free time, Dustin enjoys woodworking, training AI, and maintaining a semi-automated saltwater reef system.
Lead Game Designer
Alejandro Anguizola is the founder of Mersis Games, an XR development studio focused on game development. He is currently leading the team developing QuestHaven, a virtual reality tabletop RPG simulator. Alejandro is captivated by game design and understanding how users experience software, advocating that virtual reality games and user experiences should be intuitive in nature. He also brings extensive project management and digital marketing experience to the team.
VR Marketing Consultant
Saul Bowden has extensive marketing & management consulting experience. As the founder of Lazy Dragon Consulting, he has experience quarterbacking six-figure marketing and fundraising campaigns for early-stage businesses in emerging sectors, including Virtual Reality, game and App development, among others. He excels at connecting the dots and cutting to the heart of why a project makes sense in order to tell a compelling story to customers and investors.
Technical Consultants
Judith & Garfield Reeves-Stevens are a writing/producing team who have created, written, and produced television in the United States, Canada, and Australia. They are also New York and Los Angeles Times bestselling authors whose novel, Icefire, was praised by Stephen King, calling it “the best suspense novel of its type since The Hunt for Red October.” For their follow-up military technothriller novel, Quicksilver, the couple were honoured with booksignings at the Pentagon and the U.S. Naval Academy.
In addition to writing television, features, and novels, Judith and Garfield also have worked with the Disney Imagineers on an ongoing basis, most recently as Lead Story Consultants for the 40th Anniversary of EPCOT in 2022.
Judith and Garfield began their writing careers as science and technology educators and have served on a NASA Space Policy Workshop with “distinguished forward-thinking individuals” including Director of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Dr. Charles Elachi, NASA Chief Scientist, astronaut John Grunsfeld, and filmmaker James Cameron.
Technical Consultant
As the lead graphic designer for multiple Star Trek productions, Michael Okuda was responsible for the control panels, computer readouts, alien written languages, and other cool stuff in Star Trek: The Next Generation through Enterprise, and on Star Trek movies 4-10. His Star Trek work totals over 600 hours of episodes and films. He has also provided graphics for The West Wing and The Bourne Legacy, as well as for Clint Eastwood’s Sully. Most recently, Michael served as a technical consultant for the Apple TV series, For All Mankind, as well as graphics designer for the latest Star Trek series, Picard.
For the real space program, Michael designed the mission patch for STS-125, the final servicing mission to the Hubble Space Telescope. His additional NASA work includes the team emblem for Mission Control (Flight Operations Division), the project logo for the Orion Multipurpose Crew Vehicle, and the Spaceflight Memorial Patch (with Bill Foster), which hangs on the wall of Mission Control at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston. Michael’s emblem for the real-life Planetary Defense Coordination Office was recently featured in the Netflix movie, Don’t Look Up.
Michael has been recognized with three primetime Emmy nominations for Best Visual Effects and with NASA’s Exceptional Public Service Medal. In March, 2022, Michael and his wife, Denise, were honoured with Lifetime Achievement Awards from the Art Directors Guild in Los Angeles.
Senior Director of Education
Alina Mitchell leads in designing and implementing professional learning opportunities for educators on innovation and emerging technologies including augmented/virtual reality, coding, robotics, and more. During her years as a K-12 principal and her role(s) at the University of San Diego as an Associate Director of Academic Innovation and Technology and Instructional Designer, she has trained school district leaders, educators, and students on the limitless ways immersive learning can excite and transform the learning experience.
Alina has developed K-higher education curriculums for STEM, humanities, and education sciences. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in English/Professional Writing with a minor in Business Management and a Master’s of Arts in Secondary Education and English, in addition to an e-Learning/Instructional Design Certificate.
Caitlin Garvey holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Classical Civilizations from the University of Toronto. Since 2017, she has taken on various roles at the Toronto International Film Festival, working with some of the film industry’s top talent. She currently holds the position of Senior Coordinator, Film Office, in the Festival and Canadian Programming department of the organization.
In 2022, Caitlin became a co-founder of Cyndicate VR Productions. As Lead Writer and Narrative Director, she leads all story-focused elements for the company, ensuring the unity of storytelling and interactivity on every project.
The opening chapter of her work-in-progress novel, The Chrysalis Protocol, was a top ten finalist for the Penguin Random House Canada Student Award for Fiction in 2021.
